Jesse W. Nunn
President / CEO
Since establishing Future Research Corporation (FRC) in 1995, Mr. Nunn has guided FRC into a 240 employee company providing Engineering, Information Technology, Training, Base Operations, and Logistics support services. FRC is committed to customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement.
Mr. Nunn oversees the focus and mission of the company by providing strategic direction for marketing initiatives, and forms strategic partnerships with other prime contractors and vendors. Mr. Nunn is a strong advocate of giving back to the community and does so by participating as an active member of numerous professional organizations and local community groups. Mr. Nunn also sponsors numerous organizations through financial support and scholarships and has served on several advisory boards and panels in various capacities to include President and Chairman.
Mr. Nunn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (w/minor in Physics) and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University. Mr. Nunn is a proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity while attending Alabama A&M University.
Mr. Nunn has been married over 22 years to the lovely Mrs. Pastenna L. Nunn and has two children (Alec and Alexa).

VP of Finance, CFO
Ms. Edney has been with Future Research Corporation since 2001.
As Chief Financial Officer, she manages the accounting and contracts departments. This includes oversight of the accounting functions and contract administration. She is responsible for financial reporting. She is responsible for all communications and submission requirements of DCAA. She is responsible for all corporate tax returns. She is responsible for 401K filing and compliance requirements. She performs the key role in all proposal pricing and contract negotiations.
She has over 20 years of accounting experience in the government contracting industry. She has more than 10 years experience in management. She is a Certified Public Accountant and spent more than 10 years in Public accounting. Her Public accounting experience culminated in ownership of a local CPA firm with FRC as her largest client. After working many years with different government contractor clients, she could identify the drive for success that was apparent in the company’s president. The close family-like environment was inherent in its developing culture. The company’s strong customer focus was evident in its continued success. She was excited about the growth and opportunity that FRC presented and joined the team in 2001.

VP of Information Technology
James Small holds the position of vice president for Future-Research Corporation (FRC), and is responsible for overseeing Information technology services throughout the organization . With FRC since 2005, James has served previously as a project manager; program manager; senior project director; and now vice president for Information Technology services.
One of the highlights of James’s assignments at FRC was his leadership in overseeing and institutionalizing the army Global Address List (GAL) across all army approved Forests and integrating it into Microsoft Office product. Recently, he rescued, managed and revived a failing program that is now considered to be the army’s premier transportation and distribution IT system.
James came to Future Research Corporation as a retired Army Officer with Logistics and transportation experience, and has over 18 years managing Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) production systems, Enterprise and network solutions. Prior to joining FRC, he’s held numerous opportunities managing various projects, people and events.
James graduated from St Leo University with a B.A. in Human Resource Administration. He also holds a MPA from the University of Oklahoma.
Antonio D. Moultry
Director of Operations/Logistics
Antonio Moultry is Director of Operations and Logistics Management for Future Research Corporation (FRC), committed to customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement.
Moultry assumed the role of logistics management in 2007, with the responsibility of providing hardware support to our US forces (Navy, Army, Marines, and Air Force) to soldiers in the field. Moultry later assumed the role of director of operations in 2009, with the corporate responsibility of day-to-day operations (to include several remote offices across the US).
Moultry earned his bachelor’s degree in technology management from Troy State University and pursuing his master’s degree from Troy University. He also achieved his Avionics certification (FAA certified), through the Avionics Program at Alabama Aviation & Technical College in Ozark, Alabama. From 1994 to 2002, Moultry served as manager and technical lead for Waltham Aircraft Clock Corporation, an organization well known for manufacturing and over-hauling aircraft clocks for the U.S. Department of Defense. Moultry was instrumental in developing Waltham’s NVG lighting configuration for McDonnell Douglas (currently Boeing Aerospace). Prior to joining Waltham, he served in the U.S. NAVY, with four years of honorable service aboard ship, U.S.S. Shenandoah (AD-44).
From 1994 to present, Moultry serves in the U.S. Army, Alabama National Guard, at the rank of Captain/O-3; with over 19 years of service in the military. His career includes operational command, logistical sustainment, and leadership positions in a variety of assignments. He has served as commander; staff officer (S-4); and detachment commander within the Army National Guard.
James C. Williams
VP of Engineering / Programs
Mr. Williams has been with Future Research Corporation (FRC) since 2004.
As Vice President of Engineering/Programs, Mr. Williams is responsible for oversight of product development activities on all Engineering and Software Development projects. His responsibilities encompasses ensuring quality products and services are provided to FRC’s customers by implementing, managing, and communicating formal processes and procedures to support the product development process. He also ensures FRC’s internal business processes meet industry standards for best practices. Mr. Williams chairs the FRC Quality Management Board (QMB) and manages FRC’s Process and Product Improvement initiatives which include the SEI Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and ISO 9001:2008 industry standards.
Mr. Williams has over 25 years of technical and management experience in product development in both the federal government and private sectors. He has a broad background that includes experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering and Systems Analysis and has taught computer science courses at local colleges and universities as an adjunct faculty.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Alabama A & M University.
VP of Business Development
Kim L. McDaniel
Director of Human Resources / FSO
Mrs. McDaniel is the Director of Human Resources and the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Future Research Corporation (FRC). She is responsible for the oversight of FRC’s Human Resources Department, as well as, ensuring FRC compliance with Defense Investigative Service standards in all aspects of Security.
Her career spans over 20 years of solid industry experience which included time with Boeing Aerospace and Defense Company and Tec-Masters, Incorporated in various Facility Security and Human Resource positions.
She has been employed with FRC since its inception and has shown her loyalty to the company by serving in many capacities as she has watched the company grow. Her natural love of people and pleasant personality is infectious and enhances her ability to attract and retain employees by making them feel at ease and comfortable.
Mrs. McDaniel holds a Bachelors Degree from The University of Alabama. She has completed training degrees from the Society of Human Resource Management and the Defense Security Service. She is also an active member of the local and national chapters of the Society of Human Resources Management and National Classification Management Society.
