FRC has implemented this philosophy in its employees’ benefits plan. The following is a summary of established benefits.

HOLIDAYS - Personnel that work on a Prime Contractor site, in a Government facility, or at the Corporate office are required to observe their appropriate holiday schedules.

LEAVE - From hire date to 5 years of employment: Fifteen days (80 hrs) of paid leave is granted in any combination of vacation time and sick time. After 5 years of employment, 20 days (120 hrs) of combined leave is granted. After 10 years of employment, 25 days (160 hrs) of combined leave is granted. Leave may be determined by specific contract.

PAID ABSENCES - Administrative leave is available for the following purposes: bereavement, jury duty, witness duty (company witness or grand jury only), military service, or Civil Air Patrol/Civil Defense duty.

HEALTH/DENTAL INSURANCE - Provided by: Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama PPO Care, Rider Preferred Dental (BCBS), Optional Dental Plan Provided through Delta Dental.

VISION CARE - Provided by: VisionCare, Inc.

LIFE, AD&D, OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE, LONG TERM DISABILITY - Provided by: MetLife. 401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN – Provided by: The Hartford Plan. All employees are 100% vested upon employment and eligible to enroll on the first day of each month. Future Research Corporation will match 50% for every 1% contributed to the plan, up to the first 6% of pay that is saved.
